The Van Alstyne Education Foundation provides Teacher Grants for innovative classroom ideas throughout VAISD. To apply for a Teacher Grant, fill out the application and email to Dacia McBryde by September 8, 2017.

On Monday night, the Van Alstyne ISD School Board met and officially voted in Dr. David Brown as VAISD’s new Superintendent.

Following an extensive search for the next leader of Van Alstyne ISD, Dr. David Brown was named Lone Finalist at Monday’s board meeting.

The 14th annual Van Alstyne Middle School Spelling Bee took place on Thursday, January 12 in the VAMS cafeteria.
