As we all know, we are in the middle of flu season and it is especially nasty this year. Please see the following flyer with some tips to help us prevent the spread of the flu.

There will be a Zoning Meeting on TOMORROW, Tuesday, January 9th at 6 PM at VAES. This will be a repeat of the previous meeting to discuss the Elementary Zoning for the 2018-2019 school year.

After careful consideration, the Van Alstyne ISD Board of Trustees has decided that Van Alstyne Middle School will continue to house 5th-8th grades for the 2018-2019 school year. This means that students CURRENTLY in 4th grade will attend VAMS next year, for their 5th grade year.
