After an extensive search, Kristi Odom has been named as the principal of Partin Elementary School (currently Van Alstyne Elementary School). The principal job opening attracted a large number of applicants from across the state and the search committee received over 100 applicants for the position. VAISD is excited to see Odom lead Partin Elementary School during the 2018-2019 school year. Odom, who currently serves as the Assistant Principal at VAES, joined VAISD in 2015 and has two children in the district.
