The parade will travel from Williams Way south on Highway 5 toward downtown Van Alstyne. It will then turn left onto Jefferson Street/Highway 121, travel north on Main Street and conclude at the Central Social District. A community pep rally will follow the parade.
Because the parade will take place during a typically busy time for traffic, motorists should expect temporary road closures and delays along Highway 5 and in the downtown area. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time and use an alternate route when possible.

- Highway 5 and Kincaid Street
- Highway 5 and Garver Street
- Highway 5 and Blassingame Avenue
- Highway 5 and Baldwin Avenue
- Highway 5 and Columbia College Drive
- Highway 5 and Texana Street
- Highway 5 and Stinnett Street
- Highway 5 and Tolson Street
- Highway 5 and Wade Street
- Highway 5 and Cooper Street
- Highway 5 and Van Alstyne Parkway
- Highway 5 and Jefferson Street/Highway 121
- Preston Street and Jefferson Street
- Jefferson Street near the railroad tracks
- Main Street and Van Alstyne Parkway
For the safety of spectators and parade participants, candy, souvenirs and other objects may not be thrown from floats. Parade participants should follow all safety instructions provided by organizers.
