The 2016-2017 school year will be the inaugural year for the Van Alstyne Fishing Club.  This club will give our students another opportunity to be involved in an activity that can open up new doors and possibilities.  Students will be able to compete in regional tournaments where they will have chances to win scholarship money for college.  Members of the VAHS Fishing Club began competing in their first bass tournament Sept 24.
